Ways to Avoid Emotional Feelings

I'm very emotional... And even my teacher makes remark on my report card "Avoid Emotional Feelings". That doesn't mean that i cry with emotion. Actually, if i do any wrong stuff- may be a smaller one, i feel guilty.

I feel like, i did something very bad or i spoke something wrong which may have hurt someone... These guilt thinking stays with me for years.

If we get cut in our body, it fills up after a period of time but these kind of cuts deepen in our heart & never fills.. they goes on deeper & deeper as the time passes.

This usually happens with me.. i remember of my past and feel bad of me, it really makes me sad.

I tried my best to control those emotions and really worked for me.

Forget about Past
I console myself by saying that "what i did in past, was my past and those were not any wrong steps but i wouldn't repeat it again because it can hurt someone in future". This makes me feel good... I don't feel any guilty after saying that line.

You might have saw the movie "3 idiots" where amir khans says that our heart is coward and if we can keep it happy by fooling it by saying those strong words then we can overcome any type of situation.

Stop Believing Others
If you did something wrong and now you're feeling guilty but people are always there to spread spices over your hurt. They reminds you of your past to make you hurt. They do it intentionally to make you depress.. but few won't who are your dearest but they comes in minority.

Never believe those people who are there ready to harm you with their words leading to depression. I do the same, i never believe everyone except the most dearest one. There's a reason behind .i.e. many time i faced depression due to others criticism.

Never Relate to Past
Avoid relating any incident with past, which can engrave your old memories leading you to expose bad moments. I always avoid old memories, and fills up my mind with some happy and fresh memories.

Be Silent
Last but not the least, always be silent and think before you say something to other, who knows that can hurt other...
